Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. You will promote our full range of products—including valves, pumps, fittings, and roofing supplies—to contractors, wholesalers, and project managers, ensuring that their needs are met with competitive pricing and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and target potential clients, including independent contractors and wholesalers, to expand our clients customer base.
- Promote and sell our comprehensive selection of valves, pumps, fittings, and roofing supplies.
- Work closely with clients to understand their project requirements and recommend the right products to suit their needs.
- Provide detailed quotes for bulk orders and negotiate competitive pricing to close sales.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products across the nation and manage cross-border inquiries efficiently.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and competitors to offer the best solutions to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs through consistent performance and strategic selling.
- Offer excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, from inquiry to delivery.
Requirements :
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the construction, industrial, or supply industry.
- Strong knowledge of valves, pumps, fittings, roofing supplies, and related products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively.
- Self-driven and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and prospects.
