Job description

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Participate in designing and creating JDJ Diagnostics' marketing strategy to enhance the organization's services, image, and brand recognition.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with current and potential clients, including physicians, hospital management, hospital marketers, suppliers, and service providers, to ensure brand loyalty.
  • Actively promote and sell JDJ Diagnostics services to increase market share among current and potential clients.
  • Represent JDJ Diagnostics at marketing events such as medical aid days and hospital open days to enhance the organization's reputation and services.
  • Serve as the company's initial contact point for client inquiries and grievances related to laboratory services, ensuring prompt resolution and feedback.
  • Provide feedback to all departments within their region to uphold high standards of customer service.
  • Complete and submit weekly CRM reports to managers to provide customer information.
  • Adhere to targets set for their region.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Biomedical qualification, or other relevant fields.
  • Prior sales experience in the medical industry with a proven track record is essential.
  • Driver's License and own vehicle are required.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to different sites and doctors within the respective areas.
Experience

0-3 years of relevant working experience.
