What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
You’ll be representing a leading solar solutions provider, selling a comprehensive range of PV systems and components to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. This includes conducting site and needs analyses, presenting tailored solutions, managing a full sales pipeline via CRM, and building long-term partnerships with installers, distributors, and major retailers. You’ll work closely with technical teams while driving revenue growth across the Western Cape.

What you’ll need
At least 2 years’ experience in external solar PV sales is essential, as is fluency in both English and Afrikaans. You should be CRM-savvy, confident using MS Office and BRM tools, and able to travel up to 75% of the time. A valid driver’s licence is required. Matric is a must, and a relevant post-matric qualification would be a plus. German language skills are advantageous.
What you’ll get
A guaranteed basic salary plus commission and great extras. You’ll also receive turnover-based commission and 21 days’ paid leave. This is a high-reward role in a stable and fast-growing company.
