SUMMARY :
POSITION: SALES REPRESENTATIVE : SALON & SPA BRANDS

LOCATION: SANDTON & SURROUNDS, CENTRAL JHB, Gauteng & Free State (see below) - South Africa

START DATE : 01 September 2025

REPORTS TO : National Sales Manager

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS :

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 - 17:00
• Closed on weekends & major public holidays
• Closed annually over Christmas & New Year break

SALARY & BENEFITS :

• R14,000 Basic Salary per month (not negotiable)
• Sales Commission
• Sales Incentives (for new business & accounts opened)
• Petrol Card (company use only)
• Vehicle maintenance allowance
• Product allowance
• Cell Phone Contract (business use)
• Guaranteed TOTAL COST TO COMPANY: R18,700.00 (excluding commission & incentives)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / MUST HAVE :

• Applicable Diploma in Beauty / Skin Care, Cosmetology, or Somatology
• Experience in B2B sales within Spa, Beauty, Cosmetics, or Pharma industries
• Sales-driven with active portfolio management
• Business savvy with confidence working on sales apps & computer
• Own car with insurance and valid driver license (required for travel)
• Ability to work independently with support from Head Office
• Willingness to travel out of province to the Free State every 9 weeks
