Job description

Conway Flooring and Decking is a company specializing in the supply and installation of wood, laminate, and vinyl wood flooring and decking. We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our successful, hardworking, and driven team. As we expand year on year, we are looking for a young, dynamic individual to help propel our business forward.

Responsibilities:
  1. Contact leads to set up appointments.
  2. Measure sites and areas to prepare quotes, following the company's quoting process.
  3. Quote clients, follow up on quotes, and maintain service level agreements.
  4. Achieve sales targets as set by the Managing Member.
  5. Ensure all sales-related administrative tasks and paperwork are completed accurately and promptly.
  6. Address client complaints within 24 hours to resolve issues proactively.
  7. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all deals in your sales pipeline.
  8. Assist the finance team with collecting outstanding balances when necessary.
  9. Identify and engage prospective architects, builders, interior designers, quantity surveyors, and developers, building relationships based on service, quality, and trust.
  10. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing contacts in the industry database.
Communication:
  1. Respond to all emails and calls within 24 hours.
  2. Participate in business and sales meetings as required.
  3. Provide regular updates on the sales pipeline to the Sales Manager.
Necessary Skills and Attributes:
  1. Minimum 3 years of sales experience.

  4. Ability to calculate square meters and quantities.
