At Profile Personnel, a leading property company in South Africa, we are seeking a Sales Representative to drive sales and expand our customer base. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing customer relationships, and achieving set sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a proven sales record, combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for setting goals, managing sales, growing revenue, producing monthly forecasting reports, achieving targets, and ensuring budgets run smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing customers and expanding the customer base.
Design and implement a strategic Sales Plan to expand the Company’s customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
Promote products and sales to all hardware retailers in the Gauteng region, identify potential customers, and engage them to grow sales.
Oversee local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns.
Coordinate all sales activities locally and regionally.
Prepare sales budgets and projections.
Track and analyze sales statistics based on key metrics.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding products and services.
Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
Define and execute territory sales plans.
Liaise with Senior Management and submit weekly progress reports.
REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in sales.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
SKILLS :
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel for business purposes.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Psychometric tests are required to be undertaken by shortlisted candidates.
