Responsibilities

What we’re looking for :

• Achievement of revenue and volume targets as per the Annual Operating Plan
• Achievement of 100% customer call rate
• Achieve 90% strike rate
• Maintain stale product threshold rate
• Obtain new business as per the Annual Operating Plan
• Manage cash and stock
• Pull and analyze reports to drive continuous improvement on routes
• Support company cost control through efficient vehicle operation
• Comply with all functional and non-functional company policies and procedures, including Sales, Health and Safety, etc.
• Maintain housekeeping and proper maintenance of company assets, such as Hand-Held Computers, Vehicles, Uniforms, Mobile phones, etc.
