We are currently seeking two experienced and results-oriented Sales Representatives to join a fast-growing packaging company based in Johannesburg. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to drive new business development, build lasting client relationships, and promote tailored packaging solutions to businesses across Gauteng and beyond. You will work closely with the sales and operations teams to meet and exceed targets while delivering superior service to clients.

New Business Development
• Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities in the Johannesburg and surrounding areas.
• Research industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our packaging solutions remain market-leading.
• Attend sales meetings, industry expos, and client presentations.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Offer expert consultation on packaging products and solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Follow up consistently to ensure high client retention and satisfaction.
Sales Strategy & Execution
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Product Knowledge & Representation
• Stay up to date with product features, technical specifications, and value propositions.
• Provide feedback to improve packaging designs, services, and pricing strategies.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the company, ensuring professionalism and excellence at every client touchpoint.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the packaging industry
A strong sales track record with evidence of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license (fuel card provided)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Johannesburg-based or willing to relocate
Highly Competitive Remuneration
Earn a CTC salary between R20,000 – R50,000 depending on your experience and current package, PLUS a massive 15% uncapped commission on gross profit!
