SUMMARY :

Well-established company seeks a Sales Representative to join their team in Nelspruit!

POSITION INFO :

Requirements :
  • Minimum 3–5 years external technical sales experience (non-negotiable)
  • Proven ability to independently close deals and meet targets
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to grow the region
  • Technically-minded – background in swimming pool industry, water systems, or similar fields highly advantageous
Key responsibilities :
  • Proactively develop new business and grow the existing customer base in Mpumalanga and Limpopo (up to Tzaneen / Phalaborwa)
  • Conduct weekly customer visits, covering a 100km+ radius around Nelspruit
  • Build and maintain strong, solution-driven relationships with clients
  • Deliver technical product training sessions on-site and at customer premises (post-training)
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports, including customer visits and regional data via Excel
  • Attend and represent the company at regional trade shows and exhibitions
  • Occasional overnight travel as required for business
  • Develop basic sales strategies and action plans to increase market share
  • Assist with internal sales functions when needed, once the region grows
