Sales Representative
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Present, promote and sell guarding and specialised services contracts.
2. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs.
3. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
4. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
5. Additional deliverables as may be required from the role but not stipulated above.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

1. Experience in sales, in particular a sales role.
2. Similar role within an annuity sales environment with contactable references to substantiate track record.
3. Strong interpersonal skills.
4. Highly organized.
5. Proficient knowledge of the following systems: Listener and Salesforce.
6. Exceptional attention to detail.
7. Able to use own initiative.
8. Thrives in an environment with high demands, meeting deadlines and targets.
9. Consistent, dependable and efficient.
10. Excellent computer and MS Office skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and ability to develop reports.
11. Driver's license and own transport.
12. Ability to work after hours based on client requirements.

Working Conditions

Position Status: Permanent
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Hours per Day: 08h00 to 17h00
Hours per Week: 45 hours
Overtime: When required as per operational requirements.
