Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participates in the design and creation of JDJ Diagnostics' marketing strategy to enhance the organization's services, image, and brand recognition.
  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships with current and potential clients, including physicians, hospital management, hospital marketers, suppliers, and service providers, to ensure brand loyalty.
  • Promotes and sells JDJ Diagnostics services actively to increase market share.
  • Represents JDJ Diagnostics at marketing events such as medical aid days and hospital open days to enhance the organization's reputation.
  • Serves as the initial contact point for clients regarding inquiries and grievances related to laboratory services, ensuring prompt resolution and feedback.
  • Provides feedback to all departments within their region to maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Completes and submits weekly CRM reports to managers with customer information.
  • Adheres to targets based on the region.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Biomedical qualification, or relevant field.
  • Prior sales experience in the medical industry with a proven track record.
  • Driver's license and own vehicle, with ability to travel to different sites and doctors.

Experience: 0-3 years relevant working experience.
