Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participates in the design and creation of JDJ Diagnostics' marketing strategy to enhance the organization's services, image, and brand recognition.
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with current and potential clients, including physicians, hospital management, hospital marketers, suppliers, and service providers, to ensure brand loyalty.
- Promotes and sells JDJ Diagnostics services actively to increase market share.
- Represents JDJ Diagnostics at marketing events such as medical aid days and hospital open days to enhance the organization's reputation.
- Serves as the initial contact point for clients regarding inquiries and grievances related to laboratory services, ensuring prompt resolution and feedback.
- Provides feedback to all departments within their region to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Completes and submits weekly CRM reports to managers with customer information.
- Adheres to targets based on the region.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Biomedical qualification, or relevant field.
- Prior sales experience in the medical industry with a proven track record.
- Driver's license and own vehicle, with ability to travel to different sites and doctors.
Experience: 0-3 years relevant working experience.
