SALES REPRESENTATIVE (AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY) – REMOTE / HOME-BASED - Our client, a leader in the greenhouse and hydroponic technology sector, is looking for a young, dynamic, and self-motivated Sales Representative to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a flair for sales, strong technical understanding, and a passion for agriculture, with the flexibility to travel Local & International (SADC Region). This position is available with immediate effect.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven sales track record in greenhouse and hydroponic technology (essential, not negotiable)

Outgoing, extroverted, service-orientated, and confident

Strong technical aptitude, financial acumen, and excellent negotiation skills

Willing to travel extensively within South Africa and into the SADC region

Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently from home

What You’ll Do:

Develop new business and maintain strong client relationships

Present and promote greenhouse and hydroponic solutions to prospective clients

Negotiate and close deals on large-scale capital projects (R200k–R25m+)

Represent the company at client sites, exhibitions, and events locally and abroad

Liaise with senior management, providing technical insight and financial proposals

Salary package:

R15,000 + 1% commission on sales of Greenhouses’ and Hydroponic systems (capped at R250k per project),

Company-sponsored travel (hire vehicle, company vehicle, or flights),

Full product and technical training,
