A growing tech company in Gauteng is seeking a Sales Representative to drive new business development and ensure client success. You will engage potential customers, manage the sales cycle, and collaborate with the Customer Success Team. Ideal candidates have B2B SaaS experience and proficiency in English and German. This role offers a dynamic work environment focused on data and urban intelligence.
As a Sales Representative with our client, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities while also ensuring client success post-sale. You will work closely with our Customer Success Team to ensure seamless handover and long-term client satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
New Business Development (Primary) : Identify and engage potential customers through inbound and outbound strategies.
Consultative Selling : Understand client challenges and position the client as the problem-solving expert.
Account Management : Support existing customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform.
Sales Cycle Ownership : Manage the end-to-end sales process – from first contact to deal closure.
Collaboration with Customer Success : Work closely with the CS team for smooth onboarding and long-term value delivery.
CRM Management : Use HubSpot (or other CRM tools) to track pipeline, customer interactions, and deal progress.
Sales Strategy Contribution : As part of a growing learning organization, your insights will help shape sales processes, pricing models, and product-market fit.
Who We’re Looking For
Sales experience in B2B SaaS, data analytics, retail intelligence, or urban planning solutions (experience level flexible – junior to senior).
Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to identify client pain points and offer solutions.
Fluent in English & German (proficient level required).
Passionate about data, urban intelligence, and transforming retail .
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment .
CRM experience ( HubSpot preferred but not required).
