Job description

Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively prospecting, generating leads, and qualifying potential clients for their events and selling wristbands.

They will utilize their business acumen to research and target companies, employing various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media to secure appointments.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Proactively prospect, generate leads, and qualify potential clients.
• Assist in the development of event package plans for conferences.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to think on their feet.
• Demonstrate the willingness to work under pressure and go the extra mile to close sales, which may require working weekends or after hours.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor and understand local competitors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Experience & Qualification
• Minimum 3 years sales experience in events and/or selling intangible items.
• Valid Driver's License (should be an active driver).
• Experience in the events field.
• Up to 35 years old.
• Must have good Microsoft skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAGE.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Degree will be advantageous.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to engage new customers.
• Matric essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and well organized.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection or criticism.

• Competitive Salary of 8, and commission structure.
