Our client prides itself on being the first local company to pioneer service, support, and advice to the Ebike industry in South Africa. Your responsibility is to provide excellent B2B service and support to both dealers and end users for the Ebike (Bosch) bicycle industry in South Africa. You will be promoting and growing the brand through strategic B2B planning and providing dealers and end users with excellent service, support, and advice.
DUTIES :
Provide customers impeccable and friendly e-bike systems service, sales, solutions & reliable support nationwide.
Build new and improve existing business relationships. Provide research and execute plans to grow sustainable business and sales nationwide.
Provide expert technical advice, insight and resolve technical or software issues. Provide efficient, reliable support and service, travelling nationwide.
Efficient response to end consumer calls for technical and general product support, fault diagnosis & repair solutions, spares, actioning warranty cases per company guidelines and processing returns. Working closely with tech support and management.
Promote the brand, achieve business and sales targets.
Technical support for the dealer by telephone and email in a confident, friendly manner. Documenting cases in a diagnostic tool.
Organize and conduct regional training.
Initiates and implements regional communication measures and dealer-specific activities such as local exhibitions, dealer fairs, road shows, etc.
Continuous monitoring and analysis of the market and competitive situation and derivation of new product ideas and market opportunities, systems updates & business development.
Provide research, identify development trends, give feedback, implement action and innovation.
REQUIREMENTS :
South African Citizen, valid I.D.
Valid driver’s license.
Minimum 2 years successful external sales experience, preferably within the Bicycle Industry.
Confident and well-spoken: Excellent verbal, written and online communication skills.
Knowledge of the bicycle industry.
Sound understanding of seasonal forecasting and reporting.
