Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online research.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their goals.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Offer exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically.
- Maintain a solid understanding of products/services to effectively present their benefits and features.
- Track sales activities and performance using CRM software.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports to management.
Experience and Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attitude: A self-starter with a proactive mindset, a "can-do" attitude, and a passion for delivering results.
- Team player.
- Relationship Building: Excellent at establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage a pipeline of clients efficiently.
- Requirements: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Experience in the rubber industry is beneficial but not compulsory.
