Sales Representative – Paint & Hardware

We’re on the hunt for a Sales Pro who knows their way around hardware, paint, and people. If you’ve got industry know-how and the drive to close deals both in-store and on the road, our client, in Ballito, wants to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive revenue growth through proactive internal and external sales.
• Build lasting relationships with walk-in clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right hardware or paint solution.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into loyal clients.

What You Need:

• Proven sales experience in hardware or paint retail/wholesale.
• 2-3 years’ experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation & follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage existing accounts and hunt for new ones.
• Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
• Must be based in or near Ballito.
