Job description

Hire Resolve's client, a leading distributor of premium beverage brands, is currently seeking a Sales Representative to join their dynamic team in George, WC.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Sales & Hit Targets – Achieve monthly sales goals and grow revenue.
  2. Build Strong Customer Relationships – Conduct weekly in-person sales calls.
  3. Lead Beverage Innovation – Showcase our products through tastings and demos.
  4. Expand Market Presence – Identify new opportunities and increase brand visibility.
  5. Merchandising & Stock Management – Ensure top placement and availability.
  6. Tech-Savvy Sales Reporting – Use our digital sales tools to track your success.
  7. Travel across the Garden Route and Eastern Cape area.
Requirements:
  1. 5 years experience as a sales representative with FMCG experience.
  2. Matric qualification plus sales/customer service experience.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work independently.
  5. Experience in cold calling and maintaining store visit cycles.
  6. Passion for beverages – knowledge of cocktails, coffee, and specialty drinks is a plus!
  7. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle – This role requires mobility.
  8. Ability to meet sales targets with at least 12 store visits daily.
