Job description

  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience, ideally in the agricultural sector.
  • Based in the Lowveld area, covering Tzaneen (North) to Dullstroom (West) and Komatipoort.
  • Matric Qualification.
  • Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy or any related field (advantageous).
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the abovementioned areas.
  • Drivers License and own vehicle (Company Vehicle provided).

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Achieve Sales Targets : Consistently meet and exceed sales objectives by leveraging product knowledge and understanding the clients needs.
  • Expand Market Presence : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong partnerships with clients to increase market share and strengthen the clients footprint in the region.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships : Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients by understanding their specific challenges and providing customised solutions that add value to their operations.
  • Provide Technical Support : Act as a trusted advisor to customers by resolving product-related issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with internal departments to share market intelligence, support strategic planning, and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services.
  • Lead Product Development Trials : Plan, manage, and evaluate on-site product trials with clients, using insights to guide product positioning and future sales efforts.
