Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for growing the business by providing solutions to both existing and new clients.
  2. Attract new customers and upsell to our established client base through outdoor field sales, phone sales, and direct marketing efforts.
  3. Assist in marketing initiatives related to sales activities, including developing sales and business plans.
  4. Negotiate with prospects regarding risk solutions and KBC offerings to reach mutually accepted terms for sales contracts.
  5. Visit approximately 3 site locations per week to conduct inspections and consult with customers on product selection to resolve customer problems.
  6. Collaborate with clients to understand their working environment and identify the ideal safety solutions for their needs.
  7. Prepare and distribute professional business reports.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  2. 3-5 years of relevant experience in a risk solutions sales environment.
  3. Proven track record of successful performance in selling intangible products or services requiring excellent prospecting skills.
  4. Experience in outside sales and cold calling.
  5. Willingness to travel.
  6. Valid driver’s license and own transportation are essential.
  7. Strong organizational and planning skills.
  8. Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
