Our Client is a dynamic custom finishing company based in Cape Town, specialising in hydro dipping, spray painting, powder coating, anodising, chroming, and decorative finishes. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality, eye-catching work across the automotive, motorcycle, and lifestyle sectors.

Job Overview

We’re looking for a driven and outgoing Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about custom automotive finishes, confident in client-facing roles, and eager to grow with a fast-paced, creative business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and build relationships with new and existing clients

  • Promote our full range of services to car and bike enthusiasts, workshops, and retailers

  • Attend and represent the company at trade events, meets, and shows

  • Prepare quotes, follow up on inquiries, and close sales

  • Keep up-to-date with trends in custom automotive finishes

  • Work with the workshop team to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded

Requirements:

  • Sales experience (automotive or custom finishes preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated and goal-driven

  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

  • Passion for cars, bikes, and customisation is a big plus
