What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced and talented individual who is a strong negotiator and able to handle conflict well. A good communicator who can read people well and be persuasive. Computer literate and able to compile reports on customer requirements, usages, history etc.

What do we expect from the candidate?

Candidates should be able to be a team player, have excellent communication skills (verbal and written), exercise a high degree of self-discipline, confidentiality, and demonstrative initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and grow existing and new customer base within the prescribed territory.
  2. Manage and grow existing customer’s basket of products.
  3. Manage and grow Bragan product offering by identifying client needs.
  4. Managing supply contracts with customers.
  5. Exceed sales budgets.
  6. Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  7. Report back to management all relevant information (written and verbal).
  8. Handle and manage all customer enquiries.
  9. Cold calling.
  10. Always promote and market Bragan Ingredients in a positive manner.

Requirement (Must Have)

  1. Matric (Grade 12).
  2. Marketing qualification or in related field.
  3. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business-to-business sales environment.
  4. 2-3 years’ experience in Food/Homecare industry.
  5. Sales experience in the FMCG industry will be advantageous.
  6. Valid driver’s license.
