About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and relationship-focused Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our presence in the B2B market. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some experience in B2B sales to take ownership of a portfolio of clients and build long-term relationships that drive revenue and mutual success.
You’ll be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and nurturing relationships with key clients across various industries. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
We’re seeking someone who is tenacious, solutions-oriented, and thrives in building client relationships—someone eager to demonstrate their capabilities and grow into a key sales leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Conduct product presentations and demos tailored to client needs
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams (including e-commerce and operations) to deliver exceptional service
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of Premier Workwear
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or client-facing roles
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Results-driven and tenacious, with a self-starter attitude
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Curious and eager to learn about our products and customers’ industries
Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
Tech-savvy and able to use CRM and sales tracking tools
A university degree is a plus
