The Role :
  • Own Reliable Vehicle required
  • Responsible for developing and achieving sales through the direct sales channel.
  • Play an integral role in new business development and onboarding new clients to foster long-lasting relationships.
  • Focus on growing and developing existing clients, and generating new business.
  • Develop business plans for current and opportunity tender business.
  • Act as the key interface between the customer and relevant divisions.
  • Build trust relationships with major clients to prevent them from turning to competitors.
  • Understand key customer needs and manage major national accounts at head office level.
  • Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with strategic customers, identifying needs to promote company solutions and ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Contribute to sustaining and growing the business for long-term success.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain trust.
  • Prepare reports on progress and forecasts for stakeholders, using key account metrics as defined by the National Sales Manager.
  • Maintain conduct aligned with company standards as a senior team member.
