The Role :
- Own Reliable Vehicle required
- Responsible for developing and achieving sales through the direct sales channel.
- Play an integral role in new business development and onboarding new clients to foster long-lasting relationships.
- Focus on growing and developing existing clients, and generating new business.
- Develop business plans for current and opportunity tender business.
- Act as the key interface between the customer and relevant divisions.
- Build trust relationships with major clients to prevent them from turning to competitors.
- Understand key customer needs and manage major national accounts at head office level.
- Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Build strong relationships with strategic customers, identifying needs to promote company solutions and ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Contribute to sustaining and growing the business for long-term success.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain trust.
- Prepare reports on progress and forecasts for stakeholders, using key account metrics as defined by the National Sales Manager.
- Maintain conduct aligned with company standards as a senior team member.
