Our client is a global leader in UGC (user-generated content) platform services, enabling companies, business owners, and marketers to connect with talented creatives who help generate leads and sales at a fraction of the cost of other channels like paid advertising.

They are seeking a dauntless, resilient, and articulate Sales Representative to join their rapidly growing team. Do not apply if you are uncomfortable making up to 100 calls per day, including cold calls and responding to inbound leads.

The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and maintains emotional steadiness and sharpness despite frequent rejection.

This position is remote; however, they prefer candidates to be based in South Africa for convenience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cold Calling: Make 50 to 100 outbound calls daily to companies, business owners, and marketing decision-makers across various industries.
  • Inbound Lead Follow-up: Engage and qualify inbound inquiries promptly, responding within 48 hours.
  • Objection Handling: Address common concerns confidently, keeping conversations focused and productive.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Log all interactions accurately for effective pipeline tracking and follow-up.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other teams to improve messaging and optimize lead handoffs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 to 5 years of extensive experience in telemarketing/telesales.
  • Money-driven mindset. The role offers a competitive base salary and significant incentives for high performance (proof of awards and accolades may be requested).

Strong verbal communication skills: clear, articulate, and persuasive.

High emotional intelligence (EQ) to empathize with and guide customers, while remaining resilient when needed.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Bachelor's degree is not required but preferred.
