Overview
The successful candidate will manage the company\'s relationships with customers, develop new markets and new customers, and build long-term relationships to maximize client retention across the duration of the relationship with the company. The role may involve finding new business, handling assigned prospects or accounts, and contributing across project management, strategic planning, sales support, product design, service application, logistics, and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Establishing new business and promotion of Renewable Energy.
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
- Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in-person meetings.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Job Requirements: Grade 12
- Must have driver\'s license and own vehicle.
- Need to work from the office at least 1 day a week, as well as during training sessions.
- Expectation to be on the road seeing clients on the days not in the office.
- Must be a hunter for new business; existing database experience will be beneficial.
- Minimum 2 years solar experience.
- Proven track record.
- Other: Must be able to travel.
- Must have a valid driver\'s license.
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to face challenges.
