Our client is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team, based in Centurion.Successful candidate will be responsible for, and not limited to setting goals, manage sales and grow revenue, produce monthly forecasting reports, achieve targets, and ensure budgets run smoothly.Minimum Requirements : -Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in salesProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsCommunication skills; written and verbalExcellent problem-solving abilityWillingness to travel for business purposesStrong customer service and relationship-building abilitiesDuties : -Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing customers and growing customersDesign and implement a strategic Sales Plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presencePromote product and sales to all hardware retailers in the Gauteng region, identify potential customers engaging them to grow salesOversee local and regional sales, promotions, and campaignsDirect and coordinate all sales activities locally and regionallyPrepares Sales Budgets and projectionsTrack and analyse sales statistics based on key quantitative metricsDevelop and maintain relationships with key clientsHandle and resolve customer complaints regarding products and servicesIdentify emerging markets to find new sales opportunitiesDefine and execute territory sales plansLiaise with Senior Management and submit weekly progressEmail your CV + supporting documentation to (emailprotected) .
