Our client is looking for a personable and hard-working individual to join their sales team.
Working closely with an assigned Branch Manager, who is responsible for business development and growth globally, the incumbent will be expected to ensure meetings are set up with potential clients and ensure that client relationships are maintained. This role will provide the incumbent with the opportunity to earn commission on top of a basic salary.
On a practical level, this role involves:
Researching quality leads / potential clients using internal processes and partner websites
Organising leads on a spreadsheet and finding suitable contacts for each potential client
Reaching out to leads, via LinkedIn, email and phone, to arrange meetings for Branch Managers
Follow up after meetings to close deals
Inputting of data and cross checking of leads through Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Preparing reports to identify standings in accordance with meeting targets
Qualifications and Experience
Good High School results with passes for all subjects
University / College Degree / Diploma of any background with all subjects passed advantageous
Cold-calling, sales experience or general work experience beneficial
Skill Set and Desired Competencies
Excellent command of the English language (proper use of grammar and sentence structuring essential)
