Job description
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
  • Drive product sales on primary/partial hip and knee replacements, including revision procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, nurses, pharmacy, procurement and hospital stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and execute territory growth plans
  • Collaborate with your zone team and align with the Regional Manager and BDM
Product Demonstration & Education
  • Conduct in-service training and surgical case support
  • Provide technical expertise in pre-op and intra-op settings
  • Educate healthcare professionals on product benefits and surgical techniques
Customer Support & Service
  • Deliver post-sales support and troubleshoot product issues
  • Manage product logistics and ensure customer satisfaction
Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback
Collaboration & Teamwork
  • Share best practices across teams
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and training events
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or Healthcare (preferred)
  • 2+ years in medical device sales, ideally in orthopaedics or arthroplasty
  • Deep understanding of joint replacement procedures and surgical environments
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Work Environment
  • Frequent travel to hospitals and surgical centres
