Job summary

Join a leading security services company as a Salesperson. You will develop client relationships, achieve sales targets, and assess risks. This full-time role requires a strong sales background and knowledge of the local market, providing opportunities for growth and commission-based earnings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in security services.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Prepare proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.

Job description

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the security services industry or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
• Own Cell Phone.
• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent; additional training or courses in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of the local market and competitive landscape.

Skills:

• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong presentation and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct site visits and Risk and Equipment assessments.
• Prepare proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the operations and Technical team to ensure smooth handover of new contracts.

Salary: Basic salary plus commission
