Sales Rep (Packaging)

Sales Rep (Packaging) required in Wadeville, Germiston.

Step into a dynamic sales role in the packaging machinery industry. We’re looking for a driven Salesman who understands industrial equipment and loves closing deals.

Perfect for someone confident with clients and technically minded. Experience in the industrial or machinery industry will be beneficial.

Salary: R12 000 – R18 000 per month.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (industrial or machinery sales preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Goal-driven with a track record of meeting targets
• Confident working independently and in a team
• Valid driver’s license and willing to travel
• Matric certificate (sales/marketing/business qualification is an advantage)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Find and develop new sales opportunities
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Prepare quotes, negotiate prices, and close deals
• Conduct product demos and presentations
• Understand customer needs and offer packaging solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Visit client sites to assess machinery needs
• Keep accurate records of sales activities
• Stay current on product updates, industry trends, and competitors
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
