In Store Drive Market Share / Brand Building
- Ensure optimal product visibility at all times Shelf Health ‐
- Ensure that all SKUs are visible in store at all times with the correct price tags ‐
- Influence store orders to ensure enough back-up stock is available in store ‐
- Translate local consumer insights into selling opportunities
- Seek opportunities to increase the rate of sale in store
- Adapt plans throughout the year depending on sales performance, observed trends, competitors' campaigns, and successes to be replicated quickly
- Sales Strategy Insights and Solutions ‐
- Responsibility and ownership for collating and reporting the analysis on all campaigns
- Evaluate and share findings on market trends (customers, prices, products, and competition) to identify market-specific needs in terms of product, promotions, and creative concepts
- Manage competitor analysis on a regular basis (acquisitions, pricing changes, new products, and features)
- Financial ‐ Help prepare, manage, and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for MA spend
- Customer Store Owners and Managers ‐
