Minimum Requirements:
Matric (required)
Minimum 18 months experience in outbound sales / call centre / telesales
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Track record of working with performance targets and KPIs
Strong interpersonal skills with a hunger to grow in a client-facing role
Professional presentation and administrative discipline
Must be teachable, adaptable, and eager to upskill
Proactively reach out to potential clients to present value-driven solutions
Maintain consistent communication with assigned accounts and decision-makers
Understand and document client needs to recommend the most appropriate solutions
Track and manage engagement progress from lead stage through fulfilment
Assist with coordinating internal resources to meet client deliverables
Build and manage a personal client portfolio and nurture relationships
Keep accurate records of all client interactions, service notes, and outcomes
Participate in strategy sessions, training, and service optimization efforts
Maintain a balance between business development, client servicing, and solution execution
Confident communicator with persuasive sales ability
Strong listening and discovery skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Able to build rapport and sustain long-term client engagement
Strong organisational and follow-up capabilities
