  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Track record of working with performance targets and KPIs

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a hunger to grow in a client-facing role

  • Professional presentation and administrative discipline

  • Must be teachable, adaptable, and eager to upskill

Core Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients to present value-driven solutions

  • Maintain consistent communication with assigned accounts and decision-makers

  • Understand and document client needs to recommend the most appropriate solutions

  • Track and manage engagement progress from lead stage through fulfilment

  • Assist with coordinating internal resources to meet client deliverables

  • Build and manage a personal client portfolio and nurture relationships

  • Keep accurate records of all client interactions, service notes, and outcomes

  • Participate in strategy sessions, training, and service optimization efforts

  • Maintain a balance between business development, client servicing, and solution execution
