We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic sales representative to join our team in selling alarm and security systems. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth for our top-quality security products and services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing industry and offer peace of mind to both residential and commercial clients.

  • Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.)
  • Present alarm and security systems to potential customers, addressing their specific needs and concerns
  • Customize security solutions based on client requirements and budgets
  • Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports and customer feedback to the management team
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Stay updated on the latest products, trends, and technology in the alarm and security industry
  • Collaborate with the installation and customer service teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to service
  • Attend industry events to expand network and brand visibility

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in alarm systems, security solutions, or a related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
  • Ability to understand and explain complex security solutions
  • Comfortable working in a commission-based compensation environment
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation as this position requires you to be on the road
  • Basic knowledge of alarm systems and security technologies is a plus, but not required
