Sales Representative Responsibilities

1. Increase the customer base by conducting "cold calls" to new and potential customers; represent the store positively in the marketplace; make structured calls to existing customers.
2. Achieve monthly sales budgets.
3. Follow up on orders and quotations to prevent delays.
4. Resolve customer queries and issues related to goods.
5. Manage sales and administrative functions.
6. Handle external sales functions and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Offer advice and alternatives to customers as needed.
8. Uphold and promote the company's values and culture.
