Job description

Responsibilities:

• Increase customer base by conducting "cold calls" to new and potential customers.
• Represent the store positively in the marketplace.
• Make structured calls to existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales budgets.
• Follow up on orders and quotations to prevent delays.
• Resolve customer queries and issues related to goods.
• Manage sales and administrative functions.
• Handle external sales functions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Offer advice and alternatives to customers.
