JBS Building Co is looking for 2 QS / Estimators to join our Sales Team to help manage pipeline opportunities and grow sales.

Our ideal candidate has excellent client management skills with solid technical knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes, together with a proven ability in project pricing and managing residential and commercial building projects.

Responsibilities

1. Attend to client RFQ's / Tender Invites.
2. Prepare accurate quote and tender submissions.
3. Create and manage project budgets.
4. Prepare Project Programs and cashflow forecasts.
5. Manage scope variations, interim claims, and final accounts.
6. Support Production team on active projects.

Qualifications

• BTech and / or BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management.
• Minimum 7-years experience in QS / Construction Management role.
• Pricing role advantageous.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Strong Customer Management Skills.
• Good knowledge of Construction Contract Management.
• Strong Project Management skills, with MS Project.
