Job summary

CFAO South Africa is seeking an Assistant Manager – Sales & Procurement to oversee procurement, inventory, budgeting and sales activities, ensuring uninterrupted operations and accurate quotations. The role requires hands-on management of day-to-day processes and close coordination with Finance and Sales teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics, 3-5 years of supply chain experience with supervisory exposure, and a strong background in inventory control and cost

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain and/or Logistics required or preferred.
• 3-5 years' minimum supply chain experience with 2+ years' minimum supervisory experience.
• Experience in supply chain and inventory management is essential.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in preparation of the annual Sales Budget, providing key input information and sales activity trends.
• Monthly Gross Profit analysis including sales vs cost of sales and plan vs actual.
