Bluff Personnel in Durban South is seeking an Assistant Manager – Sales and Procurement to lead procurement, inventory control, budgeting and sales activities.

This hands-on role requires a solid grounding in supply chain, 3–5 years experience with 2+ in supervisory capacity, and exposure to FOREX, quoting, and clearing and forwarding. Join a dynamic team and drive cost efficiencies while maintaining service levels.

Qualifications

• Matric with a Diploma in Supply Chain and/or Logistics.
• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years Supply Chain experience with 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience in inventory management is essential.
• Experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing sector is preferred.
• Experience with quoting and FOREX.
• Clearing and Forwarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on management of procurement, inventory, budgeting and sales.
• Oversee budgeting processes and cost controls.
• Drive sales initiatives and supplier negotiations.
• Coordinate inventory optimization and stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with FOREX and quoting processes.
• Handle Clearing and Forwarding activities.
