Position Overview : To support the Sales & Marketing Executive and the wider team in the execution of administrative, marketing, and partner channel management activities, contributing to the overall performance and success of the department.

Roles and Responsibilities : Administrative Support : Assist the Sales & Marketing Executive in preparing performance reports and managing administrative activities.Support the New Business Lead and Account Management Lead in meeting their reporting and administrative requirements.Provide ongoing administrative support to the Partner Channel Manager.Performance Tracking : Become a HubSpot CRM functional expert for Sales & Marketing.Drive reporting for Sales & Marketing team performance measurement.Assist the Channel Manager with the execution of administrative processes, including managing NDA agreements, Partner Agreements, vendor banking information, and other relevant documentation.Conduct research and assist with sourcing potential partners to expand the partner network.Marketing : Provide assistance to the Marketing Manager in executing marketing campaigns, with a focus on Channel Partners.Support the measurement and performance analysis of marketing campaigns.Manage the generation of marketing collateral and content in collaboration with external suppliers.Objectives and Key Results : Administration : Accuracy and completeness of sales forecasts, deal value, billing dates, and other admin requirements as determined by the Sales and Marketing Executive.Personal relationships : Foster and maintain professional and effective relationships with colleagues across the business as well as customers and their representatives.RequirementsWe encourage all applicants to carefully review the required skills, competencies, and education levels outlined in the job description.
