Role Description

We are seeking experienced, fully qualified Sales Partners to join the fastest growing West Coast Property Franchise. As a Sales Partner, you will drive property sales or rentals in the vibrant Malmesbury, Langebaan, St Helena Bay, or Velddrif markets, leveraging Rawson’s brand, tools, and network to deliver outstanding client experiences. This role demands a proactive, results-driven estate agent with a proven track record and a passion for the West Coast Property Market.

Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Generate leads through networking, canvassing, referrals, online marketing, and local community engagement to build a strong client base.
• Property Marketing: Create and promote high-quality property listings using professional photos, virtual tours, and platforms like the Rawson website and more.
• Market Expertise: Conduct accurate property valuations and provide clients with data-driven insights on pricing and market trends specific to the West Coast region using the Rawson Tools.
• Property Showings: Arrange and host viewings and show houses, often on weekends, to showcase properties to prospective buyers and tenants.
• Deal Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate offers and agreements of sale, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Transaction Management: Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including preparing offers, leases, and compliance certificates, and liaising with attorneys for seamless transfers.
• Client Retention: Build lasting relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals, upholding Rawson’s customer-first philosophy.
• Professional Development: Stay informed on industry regulations and market trends through Rawson’s ongoing training and weekly franchise meetings.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• At least 2-4 years' of property related experience
• FFC
• NQF4 & PDE4
• Own Vehicle, Laptop, Smartphone

Remuneration:

• Commission Based + benefits (Depending on Experience)
• Commission split increase based on sales performance

The ideal candidate will be an expert in everything real estate, or open to learn to become an expert in the various areas we operate in. Tech savvy is a must, as the future of property involves a good understanding and use of various data systems.
