Sales Manager / Head of Sales – Remote | Full-Time (South Africa)
We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead, train, and optimize a growing sales team. This role is critical in helping increase unit conversions and scale operations. Responsibilities
Train, manage, and motivate a remote sales team to achieve and exceed KPIs
Develop sales processes, scripts, and training materials
Analyze team performance and provide actionable feedback
Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with business goals
Regularly report on sales metrics and progress toward targets
Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and results
Qualifications
3+ years in a sales leadership role (Sales Manager, Director, or Head of Sales)
Strong coaching and communication skills
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
Typing speed of 50+ WPM
British or Afrikaans accent preferred (for team / client communication alignment)
Proven ability to drive sales growth and team performance
