Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for generating leads, creating new relationships, and facilitating the closing of deals while also building brand awareness and executing marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Sales:

Lead Generation & Qualification:

Identify and research potential leads through various channels (networking, industry events, campaigns, etc.).

Qualify leads based on established criteria and prioritize them for outreach.

Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads throughout the sales cycle.

Sales Outreach & Relationship Building:

Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, campaigns and social media outreach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

Present product/service demonstrations and proposals to prospective clients.

Negotiate and facilitate the closure of sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Sales Reporting & Analysis:

Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Utilize CRM functionalities to streamline sales processes and improve customer engagement.

Marketing:

Marketing Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement agreed marketing strategies to support sales goals.

Contribute to the creation of marketing plans and budgets when required.

Content Creation & Management.

When required, develop and manage engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.

When required to facilitate the creation of compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and videos.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing platforms.

Digital Marketing

Manage with the team social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.

Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and performance tracking.

Event Planning & Execution:

Assist in the planning and execution of events.

Coordinate event logistics, including registration, promotion, and on-site support.

Marketing Reporting & Analysis:

Track and report on marketing campaign performance and ROI.

Analyze marketing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.

Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong digital marketing knowledge.

Experience with social media marketing.
