Job description

Salesworx is on the hunt for a Sales & Marketing Consultant : Emergency Care Division (National) for their client. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies for the Public Access portfolio ensuring alignment with industry regulations and company objectives. The successful candidate will work to achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets while managing key relationships product supply market access and training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to drive business growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Organize and manage marketing activities including congresses customer workshops and educational events.
  • Conduct product training and evaluations for external customers.
  • Oversee market access processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Manage stock forecasting and inventory levels.
  • Assist their Manager in sales budgeting and achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities including monthly reports on marketing activities expenses and profitability.
  • Plan and coordinate expert meetings and workshops with key customers.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements :

  • A relevant degree or diploma is an advantage.
  • Medical sales or marketing qualifications are preferred.
  • Experience in the medical industry is highly advantageous.
  • Strong clinical and product knowledge is a plus.
  • Established relationships with key customers will be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong business and financial acumen to drive key decisions.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours including extended hours when required.
