Collaborate across teams to enhance customer experience

Maintain accurate records and use CRM for client tracking

Report to the Regional Commercial Manager and uphold company standards

Requirements:

10+ years’ experiencein ships agency and commercial shipping

Strong industry knowledge, especiallyFar East trade

Excellent communication, CRM, and negotiation skills
