What will you do?

This is a regional sales management role responsible for managing a team of new and experienced Financial Advisors.

You will be tasked with recruiting advisors (both new and experienced) for your portfolio.

You will oversee the training, vesting, and development of all advisors in your portfolio.

Output / Core Tasks:
  1. Create and drive sales plans, targets, and growth
  2. Marketing and business building support
  3. Coaching and development of Financial Advisors
  4. Manage business retention processes
  5. Ensure compliance and risk management
  6. Oversee quality and productivity management
  7. Provide effective people and performance management
  8. Manage budgets and expenses of the team
  9. Recruit new and experienced financial intermediaries
What will make you successful in this role?
Qualifications & experience
  • Sales and operational management / leadership of a team
  • Management Diploma
  • Financial, business, or related degree/diploma
  • CFP / RFP3 or equivalent
Knowledge and skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with web-based platforms and advisor tools
  • Experience with Sanfin, Santrust, Santax, Sanport, AUTONUB
  • Understanding of business and management in financial services
  • Knowledge of financial products, legal aspects, and regulatory legislation
  • Skills in business planning, sales, marketing, and lead management
  • Management skills for staff supervision
  • Budget and expense management skills
