Job description

About the Role :

We're looking for an experienced, metrics-driven Sales Manager who can build and lead a high-performing sales team. You’ll work directly with our founder and existing team of local and offshore agents, designing a scalable sales infrastructure that delivers consistent results. This is a full-time, remote position for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Build and implement a robust sales strategy and framework to support aggressive growth targets.

Set KPIs and hold sales reps accountable to weekly and monthly performance standards.

Manage and coach a growing team of inside and outside sales reps (currently 6).

Develop onboarding and training processes for new sales hires.

Collaborate with leadership to align sales targets with broader business goals.

Oversee CRM usage, pipeline management, and tracking tools to drive visibility and results.

Work closely with SDRs to optimize lead generation and appointment setting processes.

Prepare weekly reports and lead bi-weekly performance reviews.

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in real estate or a related field.

Proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.

Strong grasp of sales metrics, pipeline management, and performance coaching.

Experience implementing systems and KPIs from scratch.

Comfortable working across time zones and managing remote team members.

Excellent English communication skills with minimal accent.

Self-starter with strong organizational and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Experience :

Background in U.S. real estate (leasing, property management, investing, etc.)

Experience managing both U.S.-based and offshore teams

Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
