Sales Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to join a dynamic team in the ISP (Internet Service Provider) industry.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in sales within the ISP sector, as well as prior experience in sales team leadership.
As the Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing your own accounts, driving new business development, and expanding the client base by bringing in new logos to the company.
Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire a sales team, set performance expectations, and provide guidance to achieve targets. Motivate team members and foster a collaborative, results-driven environment. Manage pipelines, forecasting, and account plans.
- Business Development: Drive new business acquisition by identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and staying updated on industry trends. Set meetings with potential clients, understand their requirements, and present solutions.
- Account Management: Maintain and grow existing customer accounts, ensure high customer satisfaction, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Target Achievement: Own personal and team sales targets. Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to exceed goals.
- Team Building: Initially work autonomously; as the team expands, recruit, train, and develop new sales members.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate on developing sales strategies, forecast growth, and create action plans. Participate in sales meetings and suggest process improvements.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records, generate performance reports, and update management.
- Customer Focus: Ensure exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and maintain professional relationships.
