Sales Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to join a dynamic team in the ISP (Internet Service Provider) industry.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in sales within the ISP sector, as well as prior experience in sales team leadership.
As the Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing your own accounts, driving new business development, and expanding the client base by bringing in new logos to the company.
Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire a sales team, setting clear performance expectations, and providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective targets. Motivate team members to excel and foster a collaborative, results-driven environment. Manage pipelines, forecasting, and account plans.
- Business Development: Drive new business acquisition by identifying and targeting potential clients in the ISP industry. Conduct market research, identify opportunities, and stay updated on industry trends, competition, and customer needs. Set up meetings, understand client requirements, and present solutions.
- Account Management: Maintain and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor. Identify gaps and provide valuable solutions.
- Target Achievement: Take ownership of personal and team sales targets. Monitor performance metrics regularly and implement strategies to exceed goals.
- Team Building: Initially work autonomously to establish yourself and meet objectives. As the team expands, recruit, train, and develop new sales members.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with management to develop strategies, forecast growth, and create action plans. Participate in sales meetings and suggest process improvements.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate sales records, generate performance reports, and update upper management.
- Customer Focus: Ensure exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and maintain professionalism.
