About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale sales efforts for two growing businesses:

  1. A Virtual Receptionist Company that helps businesses enhance customer service with remote receptionist support.
  2. A Headhunting/Recruitment Agency specializing in helping companies fill critical roles with top-tier talent.

This is a high-impact role with room to grow as you demonstrate leadership, initiative, and consistent results.


About the Role:

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to take our team to the next level. If you’re a proven leader who knows how to coach closers, drive results, and scale a high-performing team, this is your shot.

Here’s the deal: You’ll be managing a team of 6 (and growing), overseeing 25-55 scheduled calls per day, and ensuring our pipeline stays tight. You’ll need to be obsessed with metrics—show rates, close rates, pipeline health—and know how to turn data into action. You’ll also be responsible for running daily training, holding the team accountable, and keeping the culture sharp and competitive.
